Organic blue corn cakes, organic blue corn meal pancakes made without wheat flour. Rustic Roots is a restaurant and smoothie bar. They have a plethora dietary options for gluten free, dairy free, Vegan, and Vegetarian. Their hours of operations are Wednesday through Sunday 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM, with the exception of Sundays closing at 5.
