The Ottawa Conservation District native plant sale offers a wide assortment of Michigan-grown native flowering plants, shrubs, garden kits, and grasses! They hold the sale in the spring and fall of each year, and the funds they raise from the native plant sale provide important operational funding for the district.

In 1913, Martha Duncan gifted the 40-acre Duncan Park to the people of Grand Haven for enjoyment and preservation. Join naturalist guide, Bill Martinus, to explore this example of an old-growth forest comprised mainly of hemlock and American beech but including pine, northern red oak, and sugar maple trees as well.
