Windsnest Park

Windsnest Park is located on 4 acres of land and provides a sandy beach front on Lake Michigan for the public to enjoy.  The main activities include swimming and picnicking.  The park also provides handicap accessible play equipment, restrooms, and improved parking facilities, along with a wooden walkway for a picturesque view of Lake Michigan. Beginning in 2023, Windsnest Park will be managed by Ottawa County Parks. No fires or alcohol allowed. Leashed dogs are allowed off-season.

Please Note:  This is a gated park with hours Mar. 1 through Oct. 15: 7AM to 10PM, Oct. 16 through Feb. 28: 7AM to 8PM. The gate is locked before and after those hours.
