Our Visitors Center

Our Visitors Center is located on Washington Avenue across the street from City Hall. Here you will find area information including our visitors guide, information on lodging, brochures for area points of interest, local maps, regional travel guides, and more. We also have a public restroom, complimentary water, and a large front porch. Stop by for a visit and to learn more about the area! Visitor Center Hours:

  • March to October, Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm
  • November to February, Monday thru Friday, 10am to 4pm
  • We are closed on weekends and holidays.

The Team

Marci Cisneros
Executive Director

Marci Cisneros is the executive director of the Grand Haven Area Convention & Visitors Bureau and has been an active member of the tourism industry for over 20 years. Marci serves as the Vice President of Grand Haven Lighthouse Conservancy and Treasurer of Michigan Port Collaborative; she also serves as a board member of Michigan’s Beachtowns. After spending 10 years in Tennessee and studying Business Management & Marketing at the University of Kentucky and Tennessee Tech University, she moved back to West Michigan to head the GHACVB office.

It’s not surprising that Marci loves to travel. She is always looking forward to her next adventure. To unwind, her passions include fly fishing, farm-to-table cooking, and advocating for natural resource conservation.

Natalie Korpi
Sales & Marketing Specialist

Natalie Korpi is the Sales & Marketing Specialist at the Grand Haven Area Convention & Visitors Bureau. Originally from Australia, Natalie has lived in Alaska, California, and most recently relocated to Grand Haven from Arizona, bringing a broad perspective on what makes a place feel like home—and worth discovering and exploring. With a diverse background in arts and entertainment, attractions, and production, she brings a uniquely creative, experience-driven approach to destination marketing and to telling the story of our lakeshore.

A true creative, both professionally and personally—whether making art or raising littles—Natalie is passionate about inspiring meaningful connections between visitors and locals, and creating experiences that connect people to place in meaningful, memorable ways.
