The lower-level walkout boasts a pool table, full bath, and direct beach access. Pets are considered with approval and an additional cleaning fee.

This property sleeps a total of 9 guests. The property provides all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.
