The main floor features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a primary bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bath, and laundry. Upstairs, an open landing leads to a second family room, a king-bed suite with an ensuite bath, and a third bedroom with two full beds and a nearby bath.

SLEEPING:
This property sleeps a total of 6 guests. They also provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.
