Body Haus Lifestyle Club is hosting our annual Beach Takeover at Grand Haven State Park, and we want the whole community there! Whether you're a longtime BHLC member, a curious newcomer, or just someone who loves a good morning at the beach, come exactly as you are!

Bring your mat and move with us lakeside. All levels welcome; no experience needed, just a willingness to show up and be present.

🧊 Cold Plunge Pop-Up
We're bringing our cold plunge to the sand. Take the plunge (literally), reset your nervous system, and feel absolutely alive. First timers encouraged!! You won't regret it!

🍵 FREE Matcha Bar
We're slinging complimentary matcha for everyone. Creamy, energizing, and the perfect beachside ritual!
