Grand Valley State University Art Gallery is located at 1121 Performing Arts Center, Allendale Campus. Exhibitions are free and open to the public. Parking available in the Kirkhof lot. There are 5 rotating galleries feature works by Michigan & global artists plus lectures & music events.

Fire Barn Gallery

Community Archives Research Center ( Grand Haven)

In order to better serve their community and fulfill their mission, the Community Archives Research Center  building was renovated to properly house the artifact collection, allow a greater ease of access to research and local history information, and provide space for interaction with dedicated collections staff.

Tri-Cities Historical Museum

The Tri-Cities Historical Museum is free and provides visitors an opportunity to look through the windows of time into the history of Northwest Ottawa County, including the communities of Grand Haven, Spring Lake, and Ferrysburg. This Museum is located on the main street of Grand Haven and within walking distance from many famous attractions such as the boardwalk, musical fountain, marina and the channel.

Pere Marquette 1223 & Coal Tipple

The Pere Marquette  # 1223 is a steam locomotive on permanent display in Grand Haven, Michigan. She is only one of two surviving engines  Pere Marquette 2-8-4 (Berkshire) engines.  Number 1223’s history, while not as well known as sister #1225’s, is interesting nonetheless.
