This cozy Lake Michigan cottage is welcoming and home-like, just as a beach house should be.
The lower level conveniently features a Kitchenette, living room area, a bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bath with a stand up shower.
Up the stairs you will find the main living space with amazing views of the lake, along with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area with seating for 4 with additional seating available at the snack bar area, comfortable living room and tons of outdoor hang out space, including a charcoal and gas grill with an outdoor picnic area.
There are window air conditioning units on the top floor and the bottom floor.
The third floor features 4 bedrooms and a full bath.

Walk down to the state beach area and forget about trying to find a parking spot. Be sure to bring your bikes as this house is close to downtown Grand Haven, and biking the board walk along the channel is a real treat.
