New and Exciting Things Are Happening:

Plans are in the works for a new development that will bring benefits to the entire Village community. The Downtown Development Authority is in the process of redeveloping this beautiful waterfront property to better align with the original intent of the donor – public use and enjoyment.

A new community event space will be built to serve the Village as a rental property for everything from weddings and parties to art exhibits, theatre and more. It will most definitely be able to serve as a new Farm & Market location to protect our vendors and visitors from the elements! Parking will be added as well as a beautiful new lawn, and areas created for people to gather and relax.

While reservations are no longer being taken for RV camping and we’ll miss our summer visitors, the boat docks will still be available for rental. In the future, we hope to see friends old and new in our Village businesses year-round.
