The Grand Haven Golf Club partnered with Jack Nicklaus, 18-hole sponsors, and five private investors to create American Dunes. The project preserved the birthplace of Folds of Honor, founded by Lt. Col. Dan Rooney, a USAFR fighter pilot and PGA Professional.
