Jane Martin won the 1982 American Theatre Critics Association Award for Best Regional Play with the dramatic comedy, Talking With… This collection of extraordinary monologues will be Central Park Players’ first production of 2025. Prepared to be amused, moved, and frightened by its characters who always speak from the depths of their souls.

About Talking With…
These extraordinary monologues received a standing ovation at Louisville’s Actors Theatre. The play is composed of eleven ten-minute monologues, each featuring a different woman who talks about her life. They include a baton twirler, a fundamentalist snake handler, an ex rodeo rider, and an actress willing to go to any length to get a job.
