Lakeside Eats is a local sandwich shop located in the heart of downtown Grand Haven, Michigan on Washington Ave. Stop by and experience the friendly faces and welcoming atmosphere. Lakeside Eats offers a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, soups, and more. Their sandwiches, whether hot or cold, have fun and unique names such as The Knuckle Sandwich and Shipshape. Many sandwiches come with their signature Lakeside Trio, consisting of leaf lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Make sure to sample their in-house Bernard’s mustard! Whether you choose to dine in or take away, you’ll appreciate their newly renovated location, which provides a spacious seating area to enjoy the food.

Tanglefoot Park has a new activity to offer residents and visitors – self-service kayak rental kiosks. This kiosk provides a no-hassle way to rent a kayak and it is conveniently located next to an easy-to-use kayak launch for all. The cost is $5 to unlock via the app and $20 per hour to rent a kayak complete with a paddle and floatation device.
