West Michigan Bootscooters is an inviting group that enjoys country line dancing. Even though line dancing is their main theme, they also teach many others types of dance! This teaching family friendly atmosphere is great for all ages from the beginner to the novice. They meet most Sat. evenings at the Ferrysburg Town Hall.

Grand Valley State University is a public university in Allendale, Michigan. It was established in 1960 and its main campus is situated on 1,322 acres (5.35 km2) approximately 12 miles (19 km) west of Grand Rapids. It is a scenic University with a Performing Arts Center, Golf Course, Field House and Recreation Center.

Metal clay classes offered include fine silver, sterling, bronze, copper, and white copper for both the hobbyist and metal-smith.
