This beautifully updated home is located right across the street from Kirk Park, which is 68 acres of Sandy beach, high bluffs and wooden dunes. Come relax in this quiet tucked away home where nature surrounds you, you can even hear the Lake Michigan waves crashing from the house! The fenced in backyard has great wooded views, a grill, firepit, and patio furniture. Inside you will find comfortable furniture, beds, and thoughtful touches from the owners throughout. Located in West Olive, you are right in the middle of Grand Haven and Holland.
This home features 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Bedroom #1, located on the main floor has a queen bed. On the upper level you will find bedroom #2 with two twin bunk beds, bedroom #3 with a queen bed and a daybed with a trundle, and a second full bathroom. Bedroom #4, located in the basement, has a queen bed and a trundle bed, as well as the half bathroom with laundry. There is a great living area in the basement with a game table, an X-Box, Guitar Hero, and Dance Dance Revolution! The Lakeshore Trail is right outside your door, and this 20-mile paved bicycle path will take you from Holland State Park all the way to Grand Haven State Park! Beach chairs and a jogging stroller are available for your use.

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, 2 outdoor tables, fireplace, ping pong table, beach, and more! The beach will be found at the bottom of about 50 steps and a pathway. This slightly higher up placement makes for even better views! This place is nothing short of a delight.
Located midway between Holland and Grand Haven, this gem is within an easy drive to either. Walk downtown Holland’s cobblestone sidewalks and browse its unique and locally owned shops, restaurants, galleries, and amazing farmers market. Spring Lake is just a short walk from the home and Grand Haven State Park is about a 10 minute drive. Captain’s Corner sleeps 12 people with 4 bedrooms. The home features a main floor bedroom with a queen bed. Bedroom #2 located upstairs has a twin over full bunk bed. Bedroom #3 located upstairs has 1 twin bed and bedroom #4 also upstairs features and Queen size bed. There is sleeper sofa both on the main floor living room and in the basement living room. The basement is a great space for the family to hang out with a foosball table, card table and kitchenette.
