INSIDE THE CONDO
This 1,300 sq foot condo is on the fourth floor of the highly desirable The Grand Theater building. This unit has an incredible view of the channel, the Pier and Lighthouse, and Lake Michigan! Everything in this unit, from floor to ceiling, will not disappoint. The kitchen features plenty of cupboard and counter top space, a breakfast bar, and high end appliances. Additionally, the kitchen is open to the dining area and living room, so you will always feel connected although it’s spacious.The living room is comfortable and cozy with a gas fireplace, large TV, and access to the balcony. Enjoy a king bed in the bedroom and an attached bathroom with a walk-in tile shower and separate toilet room.

OUTSIDE
The living room and bedroom are attached to a private, covered balcony with a patio set (this is a great spot to catch the summer breeze off the channel!).

EATING
The eat in kitchen is ideal for vacationers – it’s well stocked and practical. All dinnerware, cookware, utensils, are provided. There’s even a Keurig! The breakfast bar, fit with four bar stools, is great for a quick bite to eat, or sit around the kitchen table for a more formal dinner.
THE LOCATION
Grand Theater #405 is right in the heart of downtown Grand Haven. There are restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, toy stores, bars, all right outside the door. The fireworks, musical fountain, Worship on the Waterfront, are all featured at the waterfront stadium just down the block. The channel is just around the corner as well and you can walk the boardwalk about a half mile down to check out the lighthouse and beach. The Grand building has lots of history and character – it was once a cinema and since has been converted to the luxurious “Grand Theatre” condos.
Parking: Overnight parking is first come, first serve and is located in the city lot behind the building. You will need to purchase nightly passes from the city at $5/night
