The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all open to each other. The living room includes an electric fireplace for those cool evenings, a 55” TV with cable, and a queen sofa sleeper. The separate dining area connects to the large, fully equipped kitchen that includes a raised breakfast bar, island with prep sink, ample counter space, and all appliances.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The balcony is located just off of the living room and offers a great spot to hang out and watch the hustle of downtown. In addition to the private balcony, The Condo Association offers access to the rooftop deck and entertainment area with expansive views of the waterfront and downtown area. From here, you can grill a fabulous meal, relax in the lounge chairs, watch the boats pass by in the harbor, view the sunset, or watch the Musical Fountain or fireworks.
Parking: Parking is available with pass from City of Grand Haven in the parking lot located right behind the condo; kiosk to purchase City Pass for overnight parking is located on the corner of 1st and Franklin. There is elevator and stairs to access to the unit.
