INSIDE THE CONDO
This beautiful condo is located on the second floor of the Lake Pointe Condos, there is an elevator to make loading and unloading easy.
Bridge Pointe features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a walk-in closet with beautiful built-ins, and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well as a twin trundle bed, beautiful built-ins with television and a large walk-in closet. There is also a second full bathroom, with a washer and dryer just outside the second bedroom. The main living area includes the kitchen with a large island and separate eating area, a spacious family room with a brand new queen sleeper couch, large screen TV and DVD player. A small balcony is located off the living room with views of the Bridge and Spring Lake.

EATING
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and a standard drip coffee pot so you can stay in and prepare meals if you desire. The attached dining area has seating for six at the table as well as two seats at the kitchen island.
PARKING
There are two designated parking spots in the garage located in the first floor parking garage. Additional parking is available in the adjacent parking lot located on the lakeside of the building by the docks in Barrett’s overnight.
THE LOCATION
Enjoy all the fun of downtown Grand Haven including shopping, restaurants, mini-golf, charter fishing, walks along the Boardwalk, and of course the beautiful white sand beaches without the hustle and bustle of staying right downtown. Just a five minute drive across the Grand Haven Drawbridge, you will love exploring the quaint and quiet Village of Spring Lake as well. Bring your bikes and take a beautiful scenic ride around Spring Lake on the bike path, which runs right behind the Lake Pointe condos. Take advantage of the surrounding Marinas and bring your boat-you can take your boat right into Grand Haven and avoid having to find a parking spot!
