Mama Mia’s Pizzeria was originated in 1968. Founded by Tom and Mary Garzelloni, it was originally named Garzelloni’s. They offered a 12″ pizza and a regular sub. Delores and Bill Demery Sr. bought the business in 1972 and changed the name to Mama Mia’s Pizzeria. They added the Super Sub to the menu and offered three sizes of pizza, 16″, 14″, and 12″. They maintained ownership until 1987 when their son Bill Demery Jr. bought the business. He added chicken wings and ribs to the menu. In 1933 he sold the business to Patti and Mike Bernard who are the current owners. The menu was again expanded and currently offers a variety of hot subs, specialty pizzas, an array of toppings, and breadsticks.
