Love in Action Upscale Resale Store is a thrift store which resells donations. Each item purchased is revenue that is used for our homeless shelters. Our General Store is a resale store dedicated to generating revenue for our homeless shelter; Hope House Ladies’ Shelter and Harbor Hall Men’s Shelter. All items donated to the General Store is resold and processes from each sale funds stay here in the Tri-Cities.
