Brooklyn Bagels Café L.L.C. was incorporated in 2001. From the beginning, I had the passion and the love for what I do. To find the right product I spent a year researching, working as an apprentice baker along with my full time job and found the formula I wanted to take to market. With long days, a lot of hard work and the support of family I started my first bakery café near home in North Muskegon, Michigan. Now expanding to a location in Spring Lake.
Over a short period of time, we developed a strong presence in our community with quality products and supportive customers.
