Enjoy the sounds of over 50 bands playing at 25+ locations on the East Side of Grand Haven! The route is easy to follow: Beechtree Street, from Waverly to Fulton. Walk the Beat has booked 2 musical acts at each location playing from 1:00pm to 5:00pm Saturday, August 10th. The East Side restaurants will be open and several food trucks will be serving along the route. Each music location will be giving away valuable door prizes like guitars, grills and gift certificates that are worth $200! You can pick up your door prize entry ticket form at any of the volunteer tables along the route. The event is free to the public! Enter their raffle for a chance to win $5,000! Tickets are $10 and are available online (https://musicgh.cbo.io) and during the event. You do not need to be present to win but they hope you are! Proceeds benefit Repeat the Beat, a program giving instruments and lessons to kids in need.
