Launched in 2012, Michigan Catch & Cook program allows charter fishing clients who catch fish from Michigan’s Great Lakes to take their catch to a participating restaurant to prepare for them. Book your excursion with a participating fishing charter. and your captain will clean, bag and tag your catch of the day. Then you can make arrangements with a participating local restaurant to have them prepare and serve it to you with all the fixings – talk about fresh!
