On June 17, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 am, participants will join local historian and storyteller Jeanette Weiden for a captivating walk through downtown. Beginning at the sundial at the intersection of Washington Street and S Harbor Drive near the Waterfront Stadium, this tour explores true tales of murder, theft, and historic bank robberies that once shook the community. Blending history with intrigue, this guided tour offers a unique look at the city’s darker side. The route is on a paved sidewalk and is fully accessible to strollers and wheelchairs.
