Spring Lake District Library is in the heart of Spring Lake, Michigan. The library serves the Village of Spring Lake and Spring Lake Township in Ottawa County, Michigan.

Spring Lake District Library offers a collection of more than 90,000 items, including books, DVDs and Blu-Rays, CDs, audio books, ebooks, newspapers, magazines, toys, games and more. The Lakeland Library Cooperative online catalog, Lakenet, makes it easy for patrons to find exactly what they’re looking for, either from catalog stations in the library or through SLDL’s website.

Computers are available for public use in both the Adult and Youth Services areas. Public computers are connected to the internet and are loaded with the Microsoft Office suite, Open Office and other useful programs. Our Technology Lab has additional computers that offer the Microsoft Office suite, Open Office, image editing software, scrapbooking software, a slide, film and negative scanner, and flatbed scanners. Patrons are also welcome to use our printers, copy machines, fax machine, typewriter and print enlarger.

Youth Services provides a place where kids and teens can play and learn in an educational and fun setting designed just for them. Adults will find plenty of tables and carrels for individual study throughout the building, as well as a cozy, comfortable reading area by the fireplace.
