Customer Service Specialist- The Grand Haven Area Convention and Visitors Bureau currently has a Customer Service Specialist position open at our downtown office. We are seeking candidates who have top-notch communication and organization skills and of course love the Grand Haven area! Job duties include helping visitors with their travel planning, updating visitgrandhaven.com’s business and events listings, and assisting with the marketing and promotion of the Grand Haven area as a vacation destination. This is a full-time, hourly, entry level position. Additional benefits include health care, retirement, holidays and PTO (paid time off).
