The Grand Haven Area Convention & Visitors Bureau currently has a Customer Service Specialist position open at our downtown office. We are seeking candidates who have top-notch communication & organization skills and of course love the Grand Haven area! Job duties include helping visitors with their travel planning, updating visitgrandhaven.com’s business and events listings, and assisting with the marketing & promotion of the Grand Haven area as a vacation destination. This is a full-time, hourly, entry level position. Additional benefits include health care, retirement, holidays & PTO (paid time off).
